I’ve spent my career inside the heartbeat of small businesses—working both in them and on them—building the systems, experiences, and clarity that allow them to grow with purpose. Since officially launching Trestle in 2023, I’ve been working with entrepreneurs on launching and scaling their businesses, helping them turn numbers, operations, and strategy into actionable growth.
My path didn’t begin in spreadsheets or strategies. It began in hospitality, where I learned what most business textbooks never teach: people remember how you make them feel. Along the way, I earned my Master of Business Administration, bringing deeper strategy and structure to the intuitive, people-first approach I had always carried with me.
That understanding shaped everything that came next.
As my career evolved, I moved into sales and customer lifecycle strategy, learning how data—when understood correctly—can transform decision-making. That perspective guided me as I stepped into the world of boutique fitness, where I was operating a small business. While running the studio, monthly revenue grew 260%, operations were refined, the client experience was elevated, and systems were built to support sustainable, measurable growth.
All of this led me to create Trestle—a business born from a simple, powerful belief: business owners deserve freedom, clarity, and confidence in how they grow. Trestle exists to bridge the gap between understanding your numbers and knowing what to do with them.
